Exercises for what?

I realised that I do a lot of additional exercises in order to master those monster asanas like kapotasana, urdhva dhanurasana, laghu vajrasana etc.. At the end of my exercises I forget the main pose.

Exercises prepare, but they are not the asana.

Yesterday I started dropping back again. I exercised kapotasana.

Everybody seems to take pictures these days. They are precious. They document the journey. They motivate and they tell the truth. They show what’s great and what needs further attention.

My main goal this month was to practice more frequently. Also today I practiced. It was wonderful. August was an excellent month. A closer analyses follows tomorrow.
